Avicab provides airport taxi and car hire services in Nigeria. We connect passengers with professional drivers through our mobile application platform. Our services include:

• Airport pickup and drop-off services
• City-to-airport transportation
• AI-powered safety monitoring
• Live tracking and location sharing
• 24/7 customer support

User Account and Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your information remains current and accurate

User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and destination information
• Be present at the designated pickup location on time
• Treat drivers and other users with respect and courtesy
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Services for illegal activities
• Not damage or misuse vehicles or property
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions

Payment Terms

Payment for services is processed through the app using your selected payment method. By using our Services, you agree that:

• Prices are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable rates
• Additional fees may apply for airport pickups, tolls, or during peak hours
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for completed rides
• Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in our cancellation policy
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your ride request through the app. Cancellation fees may apply:

• Free cancellation within 2 minutes of booking
• Cancellation fee applies if driver is en route to pickup location
• No-show fees apply if you're not available at pickup location
• Emergency cancellations may be exempt from fees at our discretion

Safety and Security

Your safety is our priority. Our safety features include:

• Background checks for all drivers
• Real-time GPS tracking
• AI-powered route monitoring
• Emergency assistance button
• 24/7 safety support team

You agree to use these safety features responsibly and report any safety concerns immediately.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Services to:

• Transport illegal goods or substances
• Engage in harassment or discriminatory behavior
• Violate any local, state, or federal laws
• Damage or misuse vehicles or equipment
• Interfere with the operation of our Services
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

Limitation of Liability

Avicab's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Actions or omissions of third-party drivers
• Delays due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to Avicab are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our Services will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
